Package Your Gear
Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
